Mr. Coady has been with Petro Energy Corp. since July 28, 2006. He has 35 years experience in the oil and natural gas industry, and concurrently 10 years experience in capital markets and project planning as Partner, Director and Vice-President with Bongard Leslie Ltd., a national investment dealer now part of BMO Nesbitt Burns. He has served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of companies engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in North America and Internationally that include: Trisar Resources Ltd. and Terato Resources Ltd. He is also a former Director, past Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rally Energy Ltd. He worked on establishing Rally Energy Ltd. Rally Energy Ltd. was listed on the TSX and sold privately to the great benefit of all shareholders.
Ted Swanton, BBA
Co-Founder, Director, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer
Prior to Petro Energy Corp., Mr. Swanton was a Corporate Finance specialist with extensive private and public company board experience. For 34 years he has financed and managed companies in many market sectors, including oil and gas producers and resource sector service companies.
David Philps
Director, Senior Vice President
Mr. Philps has 40 years of successful business experience in management, marketing, corporate finance, land assembly and development. As a consultant and advisor, David has helped guide his many clients, investors, and employers down the path to profitability.
Richard Newbert, BA Eco.
Director
Mr. Newbert was President and CEO of Wescon Corporation from 1969 to 1980. He has been an Executive management consultant from 1980 to present. Mr. Newbert also co-founded a privately owned USA bank in Concord, NH and Princeton, NJ. He is the founder and director of Smart Bug Corporation and he is also a real estate developer. Over the past 45 years, he has sat on numerous corporate boards and held positions on both elected and appointed civic boards. Mr. Newbert is a retired US Naval officer and a freelance writer.
