Petro Energy Corp (PEC) was founded and incorporated in July 2006 in the Province of Alberta, Canada.
Ted Swanton and Blair Coady decided to combine their many years of petroleum, corporate finance and business experience to build a major oil and gas company in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
PEC’s assets include a network of close business, personal contacts and friends who are helping PEC’s growth by providing opportunities to form joint venture partnerships and farmin agreements to pursue low risk exploration, development drilling and production.
